There was a thread on this subject on the official Liverpool site i gave an answer there and i'll give the same one again.

I can understand them being negative about the 2nd half performance as our ball retention was terrible, but the lads would've been nervous being so close to knocking the defending champions out and we still managed to create a few chances aswell.

Our 1st half performance was spot on though, 10 shots on goal to Barca's 1, when we played Everton we got slated because we couldn't break them down, surely people should be looking at Barca's performance instead of ours.
